1. What about other countries outside of Malaysia?

We are delivering within West Malaysia and East Malaysia only.

2. How many days for an item to reach me?

5-7 working days for West Malaysia only.

3. Can I check my shipment after my order?

Yes, after we ship out your order, you will Receive a Notification on E-mail where you can track your shipment with a tracking number and a tracking website from our shipping company.

4. How will you notify me if there is a problem with my order?

All order communication is done via email or WhatsApp, so it’s important that your email address is accurate and current.

5. How about if the delivery man delivers on the time when you are out?

Delivery man will put a Tag on your Gate, when you come back you can call to the delivery company and they will come again on your time or you can self pick-up at the delivery company outlet.

6. I haven’t received my item. Who should I contact?

All orders are processed Monday through Friday but are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, too! If you think your order is missing in action, please send us an email or contact us with our Enquiry Form.

7. What I should do if I receive my items damaged?

If you found that the item is broken or wrong item delivered. Please check our Refund Policy to make sure your item is eligible for return. If your return meets all the requirements, please take photo and email to us. Our Customer Service will help you.
